b. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
c. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and the nature of the communications.
d. Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
e. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
f. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

a. All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Archers Contact Solutions, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Archers Contact Solutions.
b. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to Archers Contact Solutions without prior written consent.
a. Archers Contact Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
b. In no event shall Archers Contact Solutions’ total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.
a. Either party may terminate the agreement for services upon written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of Archers Contact Solutions’ services and return any materials or information belonging to Archers Contact Solutions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Archers Contact Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or providing notice to you.
