Last Updated: September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Archer Web Strategies LLC, doing business as Archers Contact Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information when you sign up for our services, submit a form on our website, or communicate with us.

b. Usage Information. We may collect information about your use of our website and services, including log data, device information, browser type, pages visited, and general location information.

c. Mobile Information (SMS/Text Messages). If you opt in to our SMS/text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent record (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content of your text message communications with us in order to operate the program described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

a. We use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, respond to your inquiries, communicate with you, and process payments.

b. We use usage information to analyze trends, administer our website, and understand how visitors interact with our services.

c. We use your mobile phone number solely to send you the SMS/text messages described in Section 3, and only after you have provided express consent.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

a. Program Description. Archer Web Strategies LLC, doing business as Archers Contact Solutions, offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers about appointment reminders and confirmations, account and service updates, and customer care follow-ups. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Archers Contact Solutions for these purposes at the mobile number you provide. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages.

b. How You Opt In. You may opt in to receive text messages from us by submitting a form on our website that includes an optional, clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is never pre-selected; you must affirmatively check it to provide consent. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and personalized text messages from Archers Contact Solutions at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

c. Message Frequency. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

d. How You Opt Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the information in Section 10. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

e. Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or contact us using the information in Section 10.

f. No Sharing of Mobile Information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the delivery of our services (for example, our messaging platform provider and customer service tools) is permitted solely for the purpose of operating this program; these providers may not use your information for any other purpose. All other categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy expressly exclude mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records.

g. Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
