Information sharing with subcontractors that support the delivery of our services (for example, our messaging platform provider and customer service tools) is permitted solely for the purpose of operating this program; these providers may not use your information for any other purpose. All other categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy expressly exclude mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records.
g. Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
