At Archers Contact Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual assistant services that meet our clients’ expectations. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

 

Service Cancellations
Before Service Commencement

Clients may cancel their service agreement up to 48 hours before the agreed start date for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our contact form.

 

After Service Has Started

Once services have begun, cancellations are subject to the terms of your service agreement or subscription. Typically:

Hourly or project-based services: You will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Monthly retainers or subscription plans: A minimum 7-day notice is required to cancel upcoming billing cycles. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once service has started.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

If service delivery fails to meet clearly outlined expectations and agreed deliverables, and no reasonable solution or compensation has been accepted.

If a duplicate payment was made in error.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to unclear instructions, or unused hours (unless specified in your agreement).

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received:

Check your payment account or statement.

Contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@archerscontactsolutions.com.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.

 

Modifications or Pausing Services

We understand that client needs can change. If you wish to pause or reschedule services, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
